Processing & Shipping

• Orders are shipped within 2 business days from Los Angeles, CA.

• Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–6 business days. 

 
Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays outside of our control.

 
Lost or Missing Packages

• If your package is marked delivered by USPS but cannot be found, please contact your local post office for assistance. We are not able to replace orders that USPS confirms as delivered.

• If your package is lost in transit (tracking stops updating for more than 2 weeks), please contact us at groundgrooves@normal-future.com. We’ll work with USPS and provide a replacement order whenever possible.

• We’re a very small business, and while we cannot be responsible for carrier delays, we want you to receive your order. If something goes wrong, reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.
