This Community Class is a FREE offering on the 2nd Saturday of (most) every month, open to movers of all levels.
The Ground Grooves movement vocabulary leans on culturally specific forms like capoeira, breaking, and aikido and this offering acknowledges and creates space for the people and communities that have influenced GG.
