This floorwork + contemporary dance workshop blends mindfulness, articulate expressivity, and grounded alignment to build movement that honors your body and sparks curiosity—increasing your fluency between planes, deepening your structural stability, and embodying concepts that carry into any practice.

What You'll Experience:

Class will include a thorough warm-up, a robust exploration of a movement concept through both floorwork and standing work, and then time to connect it all into fluid, creative sequences. Bookending the day is time to reflect through written journaling and small group discussions.
