Ground Grooves is a floorwork approach and movement mindset that will heighten your physical sensitivity and soften your relationship with the floor. Utilizing choreographic sequencing, you will feel empowered to refine functional patterns and thoroughly embody conceptual floorwork ideas. Designed for dancers who are new to floorwork but have some movement experience, this workshop emphasizes building tools and coordination to safely execute fundamental movements. Concepts and choreography are taught at a slower pace.
