Designed for folks who are new to dance or have little to no experience in floorwork, this true beginning-level class encourages becoming more comfortable on the floor from a safe and mindful approach. The class emphasizes building the strength and mobility necessary to safely and correctly execute fundamental movements. This class also serves as a gentle introduction to memorizing longer movement ideas.
