Gracie breaks down two different variations to the shoulder-shoulder roll that we often use in class: the shoulder calzone and the single leg shoulder-shoulder roll. You'll want to be comfortable with the shoulder-shoulder roll before attempting these variations (*watch Shoulder Shoulder Roll Tutorial first, if needed) This video is mirrored. There is one section facing back that has been un-mirrored so you can stay facing front and use the same side.
